Apple Pie
Mix 3/4to 1cup sugar
1 tsp cinnomon
2 tbs flour mix lightly
6-7 apples
Heap int a lined pastry pan dot with 1 1/3tbs butter

Topping for crust
1cup flour
1/2cup brown sugar
3tbs butter mix thoughly and crumble up
After you put top crust on give it a milk wash   put crumbles on top
Bake at 400 degrees for 50-60 minutes serve warm


Tomatoe and cream cheese apptiser
1 tsp poultry seasoning
1/2 lb ground turkey
4-5 slices small pita bread
1/2lb bacon
1 box spinach
1 tsp garlic
1 pinch red pepper
1/3cup ketchup
5oz cream cheese
2-3 tomatoes


Mix your cream cheese and ketchup together
Boil your spinach and bacon together
Fry turkey and red pepper ,garlic and poultry seasoning together
Place pita bread on sheet tray 
What you want to do is  Add in layers cream cheese mix turkey more cream cheese add a tomatoe on top 



Corn Chowder With  crab meat:
1cup bacon cut in pieces
1small onion2cups potatoes
1 pint corn
1quart milk
1lb crab Add bacon in pan and cook about 10 minutes
combine corn potatoes.onion,and bacon.
Make a rue in another pan for thickening add your milk to that
season to taste then add crab meat enjoy



Bananas and cream cheese dessert
2 bananas firm
1/3 cup of brown sugar packed
4 0z cream cheese
2 tablespoons margarine
1 8 oz  can peaches drained
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup  white rum
2 cups ice cream

Instructions

Peel bananas and cut each banana in half lengthwise cut each half int four pieces

Place brown sugar and margarine in a large skillet, and coo over med heat until margarine melts
,stirring constantly,Add banana, peaches and cinnamon;cook just till banana is tender
add cream cheese till it melts stirring and basting frequently with cooking liquid

 Place rum in sauce pan and cook till warm ignite rum with a long match and pour over banana mixture
add ice cream in goblet then add the warm  mix over and serve warm   Enjoy

This recipe utilizes the slowcooker. This healthy recipe features chicken or turkey sausage

Servings:         10 servings
Cook time:      high 6-8 hrs / low 10-12

Ingredients:
12 ounces dry great northern or navy beans (or 2-3 cans, drained)
1 16-ounce can Italian-style tomatoes, undrained
2 cups vegetable broth (we like Imagine Foods No-Chicken broth)
3/4 pound turkey or chicken sausage cut into 1/2″ slices (see notes above)
1 medium onion, chopped
1/3 cup red wine (whatever you have in the fridge that’s drinkable)
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 clove garlic, minced
3 cups fresh spinach, chopped (or 1 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed dry)
Directions:
The night before making the soup, rinse the beans. Place the beans in a bowl and cover with water (about 4 cups). Cover the container and let the beans soak overnight. Check on the beans after a few hours; you may need to add more water. If using frozen spinach, place in a bowl in the fridge overnight to thaw.

The next morning, drain the beans, rinse thoroughly, and put in a slow-cooker. Add the tomatoes and their liquid, vegetable broth, 1 cup water, sausage, onion, wine, Italian seasoning and garlic. Cook, covered, on high for 6-8 hours or on low for 11-12 hours or until the beans are tender. To thicken, remove about 1 cup of the stew (but NO sausage) and puree in a blender. Return to the pot and stir. Add the spinach about 20 minutes before serving.

To cook on the stove: Add everything to the pot except the spinach, and cook on low for 3-4 hours (so beans are tender). When beans are tender, puree about 1 cup of the stew (but NO sausage) in a blender. Return to the pot and stir. Add spinach about 20 minutes before serving.
